Is there really no percentage listing commission?
Correct. You pay a flat fee — $199, $499 or $1,499 depending on the package — no matter what your home sells for. There is no percentage-based listing commission on any package.
When do I pay?
The $199 MLS Listing is paid upfront. The $499 Broker Assist and the $1,499 Full-Service Flat Fee are both due at closing.
Do Nebraska sellers have to complete a disclosure?
Most Nebraska residential sellers must provide a seller property condition disclosure statement. We supply it with every package, and Broker Assist and Full-Service clients can review it with a licensed broker.
Does my Nebraska listing show up outside the MLS?
Yes. Once your home is live on the MLS it syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com and other major sites that Nebraska buyers and their agents use.
What about the buyer's agent?
Whether to offer compensation to a buyer's agent is your decision, and it's negotiable. It is separate from our flat fee. We'll explain your options when you list so you can decide what makes sense for your sale.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. If you start with the MLS Listing and decide you want a broker's help, call 888-796-7486 and we'll talk through moving you to Broker Assist or Full-Service.
Who will I actually be working with?
A locally licensed Nebraska broker with Jeff Hagel Realty — not a referral company or a national call center.
How fast can my home be on the MLS?
Once we have your signed paperwork, photos and property details, most listings go live quickly. Incomplete paperwork is the most common cause of delays, so we'll tell you exactly what's needed up front.
